Love it, but hopefully they’ve improved it. – I bought this just over two years ago. It’s everything it says it is, but is also everything many of the reviewers have said it is. When I ordered it, I also bought a “3 year protection plan” which is actually the one year manufacturer’s warranty plus two additional years. (I thought that was a little strange compared to what I have experienced in the past with protection plans). My protection plan was due to expire in less than a year, Sept 2020. The manufacturer’s warranty expired a year ago. With that said, I’ve only had little querky problems all of this time, some of which may have been due to the particular K-cup I was using, something I did incorrectly, or both.

The best truly flexible brewer we’ve seen – This is a replacement of the exact same brand and model FlexBrew coffee maker we’ve been using for years. As with most drip coffee makers, after years of daily usage, it became slower and started losing steam in the process of heating and moving the water to the nozzle. As expected and acceptable from a machine off this price.

Love having this all in one coffee pot! – My very expensive Keurig started “brewing” as soon as I turned it on – lid open and no K-pod in it, just pouring water out all over everywhere! Customer service was horrible, largely due to the heavy foreign accented rep and I couldn’t understand each other. I decided to replace it with this model instead of buying another Keurig (that one was my third!) and I’m so glad I did! I was able to give away my regular coffee pot that was still in great condition and toss the Keurig and regain some valuable counter space (this machine is only a little larger than my Keurig was and takes the place of both). I love the fact that I can brew a pot of coffee and make a single cup of coffee too. I use the single cup size everyday. It’s great that you can chose different single cup sizes and also that it contains a water reservoir so you don’t have to add water daily. My only negatives – my old Keurig allowed for a filter to be used so I didn’t have to use special water in the machine and I definitely miss this feature. Also for some reason, some grounds get into my single cup pretty frequently. I think it is due to the needle that punches a hole in the K cup is pretty large (maybe this is why???). I rarely had that happen with my old machine. Overall though, I love this machine and would definitely recommend it!

– I sent this to my daughter as a gift after their coffee pot broke. She loved it and loved that it has a single cup option on the other side. Loved that it is 2 machines in one and takes up less counter space than having a coffee maker and a Keurig both on the counter. She liked it so much I am thinking of buying one for my husband and I.
