      Where have you been all my life?! – Now that I have this in my life I simply won’t be able to live without it. I love omelets. As somebody that has no culinary skills this is the answer to my prayers. It’s so simple and makes great omelets. I’m on the keto diet so I use this at least twice a day. Just know that your omelets are going to be a bit different than what you get on a pan, the outside is going to be brown and the omelet is more “cake-like” than what you may be used to. Doesn’t bother me, still tastes delicious! This is for quick and easy omelets that are tasty, if you want diner quality you should probably go to a diner or get your pan out.

I sprayed the hot plates with crisco (you can use whatever you choose), poured my egg mixture inside, placed a slice of tillamook cheddar cheese on top, and closed the lid. I set my phone’s timer for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes, I got a flexible spatula and slid it onto a plate where I garnished my omelette and enjoyed it. Bon appetit!       I love this! – Ok, I love this. It’s super easy to make a quick breakfast for 2 people in a hurry. You can easily get 2 different omelettes at the same time. I’ve even fried eggs and made cakes in it. No need to heat up my kitchen for cake now. Use it to make pizza using a snack size tortilla shell cut in half. Each one can have different toppings! So many super ideas, I just wish it came with a small recipe book to get ideas.

It’s a biscuit, rolled thin and omelet cooked together – eggs, turkey bacon, cheese and kale. In the reviews, several people mentioned that this states its non stick and that the omelets still stuck. I guess they either didn’t read the instructions or their packaging didn’t come with them because it clearly states to add a non stick cooking spray. I had no issues with the meals I’ve made. I received this on Sunday, today is Saturday and I have used it everyday and have made omelets, empanadas, and I also made a chocolate with banana turnover. So this is definitely not just for omelets. I wasn’t sure if I was going to love it, but I will say, it has worked out well and clean up is a breeze.
