Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Price – Excellent product

Low speed mixer! – Low speed mixer. It will not have stuff flying all over the kitchen. But……… it has very little power. It catches heck trying to my whip cream out of heavy whipping cream. But it got it done.

I would recommend this Kitchen Aid – I can’t figure out the 5th speed.

Works Pretty Good – I used to have a 9 speed KitchenAid portable mixer but it stopped working after the electronic speed control buttons delaminated and stopped functioning. No need for so many speeds anyway so I was happy to buy this 5 speed. Seems to work well and do everything I want. The lowest speed starts slow enough that it doesn’t kick flour out of the bowl and all over the countertop like the Cuisinart I tried did. My old 9 speed model used an extremely stiff electrical cord that I hated. This one is nice and flexible and even swivels to the side. Much nicer. Overall a nice unit.

Love my mixer – I really love this mixer it works really well.

Love the speeds – I purchased a much more expensive hand mixer, but the lowest speed was way too fast, and the ingredients would fly everywhere. I went back to a simple Kitchen Aid and the various speeds are perfect!

Not very powerful – This is a nice mixer. Easy to hold. Like the adjustable cord position. Works great for mixes, batters, whipping but I wouldn’t try mix a heavy dough with it.
