My grandmother didn’t use one for making her cookies, but she also had decades more practice rolling the cookies. I have her electric iron, & the last time I made Krumkake, the part that took the longest was rolling the cookies while they are still warm. So I decided that I wanted to get a roller before I make cookies this time. I love the feel of the wood, it is perfectly smooth, & there are no knicks. I really liked the price, because I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. This also has a good weight to it as well, & isn’t too heavy.
