Good air fryer for the price, but could be great – We got this because we wanted to try an air fryer and didn’t want to spend a ton of money on our first one. We replaced a Panasonic toaster oven that used super bright light to quickly cook, items (2.5 minutes for toast), but didn’t have the air fryer capabilities. This unit is relatively small, so don’t expect to toast much more than two slices of sourdough bread, but it does a nice job. We love having all of the pre-set options, but unfortunately some of them are not accurate. For example, the toast setting is 6 minutes at 400. We have to adjust it to 4 minutes. There are other similar issues. The most annoying thing to me is the display, After it’s done running (and when you plug it in), everything is lit. If you hold down the power button for a few seconds the displays turn off, but the power button stays lit. Always. I really want that to turn off too but it doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, but a small annoyance. We also miss having the “jerky tray” that other ovens come with, but that’s not a big deal either. Bottom line, this does a nice job and is cheap. The size is lets it fit under the counter, but don’t expect to be cooking a lot of big meals in this thing. It’s basically a glorified toaster oven with a lot of pre-sets.

First issue (well actually second issue after the item was improperly designated to arrive on the 14th of September but the item sat in California after being picked up by UPS and sat for 6 days before being shipped out to the neighboring state where it sat again before being shipped to designated state and delayed twice before finally arriving. I’m not a fan of UPS as they are inefficient and have gross issues with destroying parcels, as I tech companies have sent me items only to have packaging look like it was destroyed in a trash compactor. Besides suggesting a different service I would also suggest allotting some extra time because it is much easier to deliver a package earlier than a projected date to ask forgiveness for it being late.) and really only issue with the item at this time is the cord is too short. The manufacturer made it too short to save on people tripping over, hanging themselves, or other calamity but also advise against heavily in using an extension cord. In my opinion this is a terrible idea and really should be reconsidered as there are times when a longer cord is needed. If this is to save on materials…it is a terrible one as this item really needs to be more accommodating to the customer’s needs, not because they think the customer is going to hang themselves with it.
