Love it! – Have been using the big bulky electric popcorn maker for years. The plastic bowl/lid cracked on my 2nd one so time to replace. The cost went from $20 to $40 in such a short amount of time that I just could not justify the huge increase for mediocre results (the lid would always have condensation affecting the popcorn) so I bought this silicone version as a temp replacement. The first time we used Hotpot, we all loved the results. The popcorn is crispier, more kernels popped, and the cooking time is so much quicker. Plus the easy cleanup and storage are both pluses. This is now the permanent replacement. I will be buying more of them to give to others, it’s that great!

Popcorn is awesome – I like this product because my son can use it in the microwave by his self. It is very easy to clean because it’s silicone and very easy to put away because it folds up so cutely I must warn you you have to figure out how well your microwave works with the bowl never leave the microwave while this bowl is in use because your popcorn might burn but when you figure it out, the popcorn comes out so good I add oil I add butter I add salt. It’s awesome.

I add a half tsp of truffle infused olive oil to 3 heaping Tbsp of kernels, hit the popcorn selection on the microwave and it pops all but a couple of kernels! You can pop without oil as well, but I find the popcorn on the dry side without it. I love it so much, I bought some for Christmas gifts. A+

Excellent popper – I eat a LOT of popcorn and have been making it with oil in a pot on the stove for many years. I wanted to save calories and purchased this after a lot of research on air poppers. I used Jollytime organic yellow corn kernels and couldn’t believe how fresh it tasted. I filled it to the second line and because these pop so big, it was too much for the bowl. I had to sift out the extra kernels and re-pop them. I made sure there waere nothing but kernels in the bowl, so I had no issues with burning. It did need an extra 30 second to a minute more than y “popcorn” button on the microwave allows though. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and hopefully my waistline will benefit!
