GOOD Buy – So glad I found this 2 pot fryer for my small catering business. Allows me to fry my meat & vegan or poultry & fish items separately whilst finishing and putting BOTH out at the same time. I’m pleased. Only thing to make it better would be spigots when clearing and draining the oil.

No response by manufacturer to complaint of product failure. – This unit’s heating element (left side) stopped operating shortly after placing it in service. Contacted manufacturer about the malfunction and received a response to send pictures of unit with an explanation of its failure. I did so and requested directions for returning same to them. I have have not heard from them since. The electrical connector to the heating element had failed rendering the heating element inoperative. I am dissatisfied with the unit by the manufacturer’s inability to respond.

Great product, Massive power needed. – As it has been said this item requires alot, 5000 watts of power. I hold events in a basement and the first few attempts went bad. I first realized that the house which is fairly new doesn’t have the outlet power to sustain without popping the circuit. This was slightly annoying. I then decided to run them off my generator and then had an issue because they burned the extension cord out. I then went and purchased 12 and 10 gauge 15 and 20 amp extension cords and since then they have been working awesome. Going on 2 years now. I gave them a four because even though it says 5000 watts, i think they should tell people what that actually means and what may be needed for them to actually work. These are not the home deep fryers you are thinking you are buying. I also agree that if you are going full commercial that you can probably do better. However for the price, if you have the resources to run them, i think they are a great buy.

Fried well. Now it doesn’t work! – When I first opened it 1 strew was missing. Got it set up my left well didn’t work. 3rd day using now my right well has stopped. I think this product is good it’s just a bad apple out the bunch.I lost out on my money cause no one will ship it back because of fire smell after it caught fire

Think Carefully – This was not a horrible purchase. However, AFTER I spent 2-3 hours peeling off the blue plastic film (whose ever idea that was to wrap the ENTIRE fryer in the blue shrink wrap like film–bad, horrible and frustrating idea!)….when I went to use the fryer the next morning, it continuously tripped my circuit breaker (I live in a newly built home, so it shouldn’t have been a problem). Just as it would start to warm up, it would trip the circuit breaker and shut off again (I plugged it up outside on our patio and at the kitchen island–still had the same issue). After about 45 minutes of going back and forth, I ended up using my stove to fry dinner. Again, I think it’s a great product, but it does require A LOT of power, as well as ALOT of patience to remove the blue shrink wrap like film.
