Moves down when spinning – The whisk wiper worked well the first time I used it but every subsequent use it has moved down the whisk preventing maximum volume of of cream or egg whites and the whipped food gets on top of the whisk wiper which allows food to climb up to the mixer and makes more of a mess to clean. It is a great concept but just needs to stay on top of the whisk while in use. It does clean the wires of the whisk when removed off the whisk.

Nice gift add-on – I think it’s a bit expensive for what it is. Definitely useful for batters but not for dough. If your whisk attachment is old like mine and you have pried around cleaning it, this will not slide on easily and will need some adjustment of the wires. I purchased as a gift for my mom and I helped install it on hers and it slid on smoothly. I got one for myself and some of the silicone was peeling off, so I returned it. The customer service was excellent they refunded me for mine and offered me a replacement at no charge because they wanted me to try it out. I can say it us useful but I could easily clean my bowl with spatulas and hold the whisk over the bowl on the way to the sink to avoid drips. It’s a cool and unique product so kudos to inventing it and my mom was excited to try it out and thought it was neat because she never knew it existed.

Definitely less to lick off the whip – Knowing how messy it can be when it is time to clean up, I decided to invest in this. And it works, scraps the wire whip as you pull it off. It helps remove most of the batter or cream when you remove it, saving it for the recipe. Anyone who has used a whip knows it can be challenging and messy to save any batter caught on the inside. This doesn’t get everything, you still might have to scrap a bit with a spatula, but definitely not as much as you would without it. It is totally worth the purchase.

Great Customer Service – I bought this one and the one for just handheld whisks. I was so excited to buy this and get it because it’s always a pain in the butt to wash my whisks and waste all that good stuff. The first package I opened was for the handheld whisk and I tried it on all my handheld from the largest to the smallest and it worked for all of them.
