Great small coffee pot – This coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee. Previously made French Press but decided to go back to drip coffee. No tegrets thanks to this coffee pot. Easy to clean & like the included filter.

Great little machine – Needed a small machine for my RV, don’t have much counter space. This unit is great. Already have another Zojirushi coffee machine and this one works just as well. I have been using this machine for about 2 months and the coffee tastes great. I can’t speak to the longevity of the carbon filter or this machine, but my other machine is over 8 years old and still going strong with regular descaling. This unit is slightly more when it comes to the price than others in same capacity, but you get what you pay for. The 5 cups that this unit puts out fills my 30 oz tumbler just enough to leave room for cream and stevia. If using for two people, you can split the pot, but you’ll have to make another if anyone wants seconds. Takes about 8-10 minutes to compete steeping cycle for 5 cups. Nice unit, would recommend and buy again

The best coffee I have ever had!! – I am 75 years old and have been drinking coffee for over 50 years. I have tried dozens of coffee makers and brands of coffee. Without a doubt, this machine makes the best and hottest coffee I have ever had. I actually look forward to my morning cups of coffee. At any price, there is no better coffee maker than this one.

After three years I’m happy I chose Zojirushi – My coffee maker is just like new after almost three and a half years of daily use. Yesterday I soaked the filter in vinegar for the first time, rinsed and replaced. That’s all the maintenance it has needed. Friends and family always comment that my coffee tastes good. (I think they still expect it to taste the way it used to taste when I had a Mr. Coffee machine, which they never complimented). I am completely satisfied with this coffee maker.

A Good Cup O Coffee – The Zutto is stylish, the decanter looks huge for a 5 cup, it has to be though to hold the basket. the water is hot, Note for those that don’t understand how coffee is made; it is the temp at the grinds we are concerned with not so much the temp at the cup. The temp at the grinds is required to extract the correct amount of flavor (if it is there, some brands don’t have that much flavor to start with) along with the time that hot water is in contact with the grinds, is what makes the difference in a cup of coffee and a really good cup of coffee.

An Unexpected Good Find – This brand was not known to me, but the 5 cup size was perfect for me. Both the flavor & temperature of the brewed coffee surpasses all the expensive coffeemakers I’ve had in the past. However, I am heading one reviewers comment about the glass pot being on the thin side. So, I’m being extra careful washing it. Overall, very happy.

Very nice but…. – Nice design and perfect size for one or two people. The “but” issue is it doesn’t have an auto off feature. I found that strange. I was able to fix with an Echo and a smart plug but that added to the total cost and took the better part of an hour to research how to do it. With auto off I would have definitely given a 5
